Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what WidgetHub collects, how the service uses it to provide embeddable widgets, and the choices you have around your account and connected data.
WidgetHub collects the information needed to create and manage your account, including your name, email address, authentication provider details, and profile image when it is provided by a sign-in provider such as Google.
When you connect external tools, WidgetHub may store workspace, database, page, and widget configuration metadata required to render and refresh your widgets. WidgetHub also stores usage data such as widget settings, refresh status, billing plan information, and basic product analytics that help operate and improve the service.
WidgetHub uses your information to authenticate you, provide the app, generate and refresh widgets, manage subscriptions, secure the platform, and improve product performance and reliability.
Product analytics and error monitoring may be used to understand feature usage, diagnose issues, and prevent abuse. WidgetHub does not use your data to sell advertising profiles.
If you connect services such as Notion or Google, WidgetHub only uses the access granted by you to read the information necessary to power the widget workflows you enable. Connected data remains subject to the policies and permissions of those providers.
Widgets and embeds are intended to display the data you configure. You are responsible for reviewing what information is included in a widget before sharing it publicly or embedding it in a workspace visible to others.
Paid subscriptions are processed through Polar. WidgetHub stores the subscription status and identifiers needed to apply plan limits and billing entitlements, but payment card details are handled by the payment provider rather than stored directly by WidgetHub.
WidgetHub keeps information for as long as it is reasonably necessary to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are used to protect account and service data.
No system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure, so you should also use strong passwords, protect access to connected tools, and revoke integrations you no longer use.
You can disconnect integrations, delete widgets, update billing preferences, and stop using the service at any time. Depending on your account setup, you may also update your profile information through your authentication provider.
WidgetHub may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect product changes, operational needs, or legal requirements. When that happens, the effective date on this page will be updated.
