By creating an account or using WidgetHub, you agree to use the service in compliance with applicable law and these Terms & Conditions. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably up to date. WidgetHub may suspend or restrict access if an account is used in a way that threatens the security, reliability, or lawful use of the service.

You retain responsibility for the data, content, and external resources you connect to WidgetHub. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to connect those sources and to generate or share the widgets that result from them.

WidgetHub may process your content solely to provide the service, including rendering widgets, refreshing connected data, troubleshooting issues, and improving product reliability.

Some WidgetHub features are subject to plan limits, including active widget limits. Paid plans renew according to the billing interval you choose unless they are canceled. Subscription management, renewals, and billing workflows are handled through the payment provider used by WidgetHub.

If a plan is downgraded or expires, WidgetHub may limit access to features or disable widgets beyond the applicable plan allowance until the account returns within the relevant limits.

You may not use WidgetHub to violate the rights of others, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, or process content that you are not permitted to use. WidgetHub may investigate and act on abuse, misuse, or security threats.

WidgetHub may evolve over time, including updating features, changing integrations, or improving workflows. While the service aims to be reliable, uptime and uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

WidgetHub is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, WidgetHub disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of the service.

You may stop using WidgetHub at any time. WidgetHub may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if required for security reasons, or if continued service would create legal or operational risk.

WidgetHub may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When that happens, the effective date on this page will be updated, and the revised terms will apply from that date forward.
